I’m interested in purchasing an HP laptop and the model is: HP Spectre 15 – 0F, Model IS–DF1043DX. My question is that due to my disability I utilize a Kensington expert mouse. Are there drivers available and is it compatible with this laptop computer?

First off, HP does not provide drivers for non-HP equipment, so they would have no drivers for that mouse. Your best bet, if you do not already have Win10 drivers for it, would be to go to the Kensington website and download the Win10 drivers (if there are any).
Second, this is a trackball and it should work just fine -- but HP does not test other hardware against its PCs, so there is no information on compatibility.
Third, trackballs and mice generally work out-of-the-box in Win10, meaning, they need no drivers. I know of two folks that prefer trackballs and both use them with their Win10 PCs without problems. The only issue that arises is when the devices have special buttons, and you then have to use the manufacturer's drivers to enable and configure those special buttons.
