Why?  Do you realize that Microsoft will terminate all support for Windows 7 in January 2020 -- just over 2 years away.

At that time, you will need to install Windows 8 or Windows 10.

Your computer: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05638253

AMD Dual-Core E2-9000e (1.5 GHz base frequency, up to 2 GHz burst frequency, 1 MB cache)
4 GB DDR4-1866 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB)
500 GB 5400 rpm SATA

only has "FreeDOS 2.0", i.e., choose your own Operating System, such as a variant of Linux, or, if you have one, use your "site-license" to install Windows.

This seems to be a notebook computer that came to the market in 2017 -- well after the introduction of Windows 10, in 2015.

More details: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/HP-15q-by000-Laptop-PC/15551422

Yes, '000' instead of '001'.

Device-drivers for Windows 10: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-15q-by000-laptop-pc/15551422

that were posted on May 2, 2017 -- very recently, again implying that you have a "new-to-market" computer.

I do not see any device-drivers for Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1 -- it is likely this computer is "designed for Windows 10", implying that HP did not, and will not, create device-drivers for older versions of Windows.

Look at your computer's specifications:

AMD Dual-Core E2-9000e (1.5 GHz base frequency, up to 2 GHz burst frequency, 1 MB cache)
4 GB DDR4-1866 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB)
500 GB 5400 rpm SATA

Your dual-core processor is not very fast, as compared to a faster AMD processor that would be something like  3.0 Ghz.

Your RAM is the newest generation (superceding DDR3).

Your RAM is not the fastest RAM -- that would be: DDR4-2666 -- if your motherboard supports this RAM.

Your disk-drive is 25% slower than a 7200 RPM "spinning" disk-drive, and is only about 10% as fast as a SSD (Solid State Disk).

Please run Windows Update, and let it finish, and then reboot your computer.

Until Windows Update has finished updating your computer, it will appear to be "slow", because Windows Update is consuming resources.

> hence whoever have bought same laptop have installed the window 7 and its working great with 7

I think that a fully-updated Windows 7 system will run at the same speed as a fully-updated Windows 10 system.

Can those people help you install Windows 7?

Measure, measure, measure.

Open Windows Task Manager, and see how much of the 4GB of RAM is being used.

If "most" of the RAM is being used, then adding 4GB of RAM definitely will help the computer's performance.

Actually I got to know people use won7 when I checked the reviewes of the product of flipkart, and I'm not able to get in touch with it howevr help from you thus far is appriciated. Maybe I think I'll keep win10 only its working ok ok but not good however it is unable it not like I'm not able to use it for normal usage its ok for me in future if I find the win 7 drivers I can think to go to win7. Also I've heard that people stated that 15-bg000 models win7 graphics work for this one(15q-by001AU) too.

So if any one has source of win7 drivers  for hp 15-bg000 please share the link

Maybe, one of those models has device-drivers for Windows 7 ???

P.S. I still think that a fully-updated Windows 10 system will run at the same speed as a fully-updated Windows 7 system.

I agree. I have the hp 245 g7 with the amd e2 9000e. It is only built for win10 if using windows os's. It really does not have enough speed and power to run windows 10. I am going to try windows 7 and 8.1 and if it is still to slow, I will send it back as defective, I mean it can't even play you tube or netflix, just doesn't have the juice, windows 10 is too laggy, I have 10 year old cheep laptops the out perform this.... Finding drivers for anything other then win 10 will be a problem.
