So I have this HP Elitebook 840-G1 and I received this device with Windows 10 installed. After a few weeks, my device just suddenly started showing me this message that there is no OS installed on my laptop. I tried to install Windows 10 using a media creation tool and everything seems to be running pretty fine until I am asked to select a driver. Not a single driver appears on the list, and I really need this laptop fixed. I tried searching for drivers online but I just can't seem to find the appropriate/compatible one with my device. Any tips or suggestions? Thank you!

Hi:

I'm surprised that W10 is asking for a driver during the initial installation process.

Is the problem that W10 can't find any drives to install on?

If so, I have zipped up and attached below the drivers your notebook uses for W10 to find the drive (but these should have not been necessary).

Unzip the files to their folder and clopy the folder to a USB flash drive.

Then click on the load driver option and browse to the driver folder you copied to your USB flash drive.

If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.
