Below is the link to the parts list for your notebook.
The charger and the cord that goes from the wall socket to the charger are sold separately.
What I recommend you do is to find an used but tested and working genuine HP charger on eBay.

Most of them come with the cord as well. Search by the HP part number for the charger.
The cheapest genuine charger with the cord I could find is this one...
