I recently replaced my HHD with SSD and fresh Windows 10 (IOT LTSC)

The problem that my graphics card is being identified as R7 M340 (which is not)

My previous windows 10 (Pro) had it perfectly (Working fine as R7 M440)

How do i solve this issue because i tried several drivers and nothing works...

Welcome to HP Support Community, @ahmnassr

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

  • Download Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and disconnect the system from the internet.

  • Boot the laptop into Safe Mode and run DDU to completely remove all AMD graphics drivers, then restart.

  • After reboot, make sure Windows does not automatically install any display drivers.

  • Download and install the Intel HD Graphics driver for your exact laptop model from the manufacturer’s website, then restart.

  • Download and install the OEM AMD graphics driver for your laptop model (not the generic AMD Adrenalin driver), then restart.

  • Open Device Manager and confirm that both Intel and AMD display adapters are listed without errors.

  • Check the AMD GPU Hardware ID in Device Manager to verify that the correct driver is loaded.

  • Do not install graphics drivers through Windows Update.

  • If the GPU is still misidentified, uninstall the AMD driver again and reinstall the OEM AMD driver after confirming the Intel driver is fully installed.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
