Neef a new battery

Hello @Afnan2,

While HP Laptop 15-bw0xx should be sufficient for identification most of the time, it seems like the batteries vary for this series and therefore I would need a more specific model name or product number. E.g. HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0028ca or 5MT98UA#ABL

Information on how to find a laptop's model name or product number is detailed in this HP document. (Please do not post serial numbers on the HP Support Community. The difference between a product number and a serial number is that the product number contains a # sign)

Kind regards,

Eddy

Hello @Afnan2,

The HP Notebook - 15-bw523au uses a 4-cell, 41-Whr, 2.8-Ah Li-ion battery with HP Spare Part number 919701-850.

You can then use the HP Spare part number(s) in the HP Parts store hereYou may also be able to find it elsewhere on the Internet.

Kind regards,

Eddy

The product number you provided - 2UX56PA#ACN is model name HP Notebook - 15-bw523au, they refer to the same laptop.

You can refer to HP Partsurfer here and search using your product number to verify as well.
