I have a Teal 14" HP Chromebook x360 Intel Celeron laptop. Manf. Part #: 18W54UA#ABA; Model: 14a-ca0030wm; Serial #: [Personal Information Removed].
I CANNOT get ANY combination of these numbers to register on your website. I need a replacement ' R ' key for the keyboard. PLEASE help. This laptop was purchased at Walmart with the following description: HP X360 14" Celeron 2-in-1 Touch 4GB/64GB Chromebook-Teal, Intel Celeron N4000, 4GB RAM, 64 GB eMMC, Teal, 14a-ca0030wm.
Please contact me if the replacement part is available. I have tried Alt + V to get the appropriate numbers, but they are not accepted. Here is the info I get: Google Chrome 127.0.6533.114 (Platform 15917.65.0-24.08.12) SN: [Personal Information Removed]. That is all of the identifying info I have. Thank you.
