Hi i factory reset my hp omen 15 2015 and now i download omen control but it didnt work and can u send me link for hp system event utility link pls

Sorry, but HP does not provide separate downloads for apps that come preloaded with the OS.

 

<Sigh>  Every time I read one of these Factory-Reset-Failed posts I cringe and continue to wonder why everyone seems to think a factory reset is a miracle cure when, in many cases, it only serves to make things worse!

 

Sounds like yours did not complete properly because if it did, it would have reloaded the original preloaded HP utilities and apps.

 

So, HOW (and WHY) did you do the factory reset?

Hi, actually it was a windows 8.1 and when i updated to windows 10 this happened

Then you're likely stuck -- because since those apps come preloaded, HP does not provide separate downloads for them.
