You should be able to use these W10 drivers for the audio and the fingerprint reader software.

IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver

6.10.6492.0

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71886.exe

Sometimes after installing the driver, it sets the PC's headphone jack as the default audio output.

So, if your notebook has no sound after you restart the PC, check to make sure that the PC speakers are set as the default audio output.

Fingerprint reader software.

HP SimplePass Identity Protection Software

8.01.92   Apr 2, 2018

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp86501-87000/sp86959.exe

This is not the driver.  Let me know if you need the Validity Fingerprint driver.

If you need the fingerprint driver, there will be an unknown device listed in the device manager with a hardware ID that starts with USB\VID_138A.

Hi:

It appears that HP has retired support for your PC since it is more than 10 years old.

That's why you can't find any drivers for it on the HP support site.

We are currently not allowed to post links to third party driver sites.

However, I don't see anything improper with letting you know that the DriversCollection.com website has the drivers for your PC.

I use the site all the time and the drivers are legitimate and virus free.

Just do a search for your HP Envy 15-j108el drivers and include in the search the Driverscollection website name and you will be able to find the drivers HP used to supply.
