Hi, I need drivers for HP laptop 17z-ca200 CTO 64bit Windows 10 Home 22H2 and HP only offers for 20H2 can anyone please help me find a safe driver update? My lap top is freezing up and Microsoft support looked in my error log and said it was driver issues. Thank you very much

Hi @Livingman,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing multiple issues with your Laptop.
Follow the below steps to fix the issue.
-Perform a power drain on your PC.
1) Unplug the power cord from the PC & wall.
2) Disconnect the power cable from the AC adapter if it is a detachable part and keep it aside.
3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the AC adapter, then connect it to the wall and to the charging port on your PC.
5) Power on the PC and check if it boots into Windows now.
-Update the BIOS for your PC by clicking on the link.
Make sure you keep only the charger plugged in while updating the BIOS for your PC.
Click on the + sign next to BIOS and then download the file.
Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
-Install all the pending updates for the Windows operating system following the below steps.
go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates. If the upgrade is available for your device and you want to proceed, download and install it.

Thank you for the rapid response. I followed your instructions and clicked on your link and look at the screen shot to see the error message I received. That was the second time the first time I got error 404? I selected Software and Drivers on the page in the screenshot and followed the on screen instructions I put in the identifying information that it prompted me for which is the serial number and the page never moved. So I decided to let HP detect my Lap Top and it did then I was prompted to select the operating system version and here we go again, more run around. I'm am so sick of all this pure insanity! My version is the newest version that Windows is using 22H2 and HP only goes up to 20H2? So I read further and it told me the same thing it did last week, go direct to AMD. I did and spent nearly a hour reading and finding the right driver update/upgrade and downloaded the two exe files AMD said to get. One was an installation,I don't remember what the other one was. However I downloaded them and installed them without a problem. Then started the driver download and about 20-30 minutes later it aborted and said Windows is blocking the installation. AMD said to change one Windows setting and I followed the on screen instructions and wast told to restart my Laptop and I did and never would it show the lock screen login. All it showed was a spinning wheel so finally I googled on my cell phone how to fix it and finally got it back working and came here hoping somebody can help. I am a carpenter not a computer GURU and for whatever reason no one seems to be able to resolve this issue with the constant freezing up. Windows says it's one of HP's drivers and that is all I know. I would think that some one either at Microsoft or HP could have a simple way to install the AMD drive update. So am I just going to throw this HP laptop in the garbage and go buy a different brand that has working solutions for problems? This has been going on for two months now and the last two weeks I haven't been able to get any work done period. Even though I work for myself I still have to make money to eat and live. I won't apologize for ranting because I have used HP computers for 12 years and never one bad experience until the last two I bought 4 years ago I bought one that was nothing but trouble and crashed in 2 years so I bought this one almost 2 years ago. This is my 5th HP laptop in 12 years and it is my last.
