I can’t remember my password so when I try to change the password it tells me I need to insert a media  flash drive which I’ve tried as well as a hard drive and it keeps giving me the message. “ The disk is not a password reset disk”  Someone please help me I need to get it up and running for online school ASAP and I don’t understand the whole reset disc because it doesn’t even have a place for a disc  Someone please help me I’m ready to loose my mind and a laptop.

For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
