Product: HP 2000 Notebook PC

I am trying to get in my laptop but when I do it's stuck in a loop it says windows could not complete installation I tried doing the F11 button but that isn't working what do I need to do to get my laptop working again please help me

The Community can not provide any assistance without some details ...

So, please provide the following:
1) detailed model number of the PC
2) OS version the PC is running (i.e., Win7, Win8x, Win10)
3) Age of the PC
4) Detailed description of the problem -- including the EXACT wording of any error message being displayed

Once you provide the needed details, someone will reply.
