Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019

I needed to fix my hp 2019 gray brand and the battery is under the keyboard so I tried opening it but it sparked and now wont turn on.

Playing with a lithium battery can be fatal ! You should not perform such rash actions. It could lead to a fire and a danger for you! Now you have probably caused a short circuit which makes the overall situation even worse. In this case, only notebook repair service can help you or you should buy a good used or new notebook.
