Sadly I don’t have access to a usb flash drive. Is there any other way to get the download link for the preinstalled amd software please?

Hello @ApplePie12 

 

Borrow a <USB flash drive> (32GB) from a friend/neighbor/acquaintance. You have no other choice. It is best to use 2 USB flash drives (Type 2.0 and Type 3.0) for the test installation.

Yes, it will come with HP factory setup and all HP drivers
