@Tyler12001,

Welcome to our peer-to-peer HP Community Forum!

Please type in: system information in your Windows search bar, and click on the System Information App. You should see something like this:

Please provide your "System Model" and "SKU".

@Tyler12001,

Excellent: your HP Notebook - 15-bw063nr (1KV22UA) requires this 45-watt AC adapter, with p/n: 741553-850 "Smart AC power adapter (45 watt) - 4.5mm barrel connector, non-power factor correcting (NFPC) - Requires separate 3-wire AC power cord with C5 connector".

You can buy a quality replacement 45-watt blue-tip AC adapter, such as this Amazon purchase example: https://www.amazon.com/ECHEER-19-5V-45W-Charger-x360/dp/B07QFR8C62/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=1UP38SJA44BD....

Kind Regards,

@Tyler12001,

Sorry, what part are you referring to?  Just the power cord?

I need the charging port

@Tyler12001,

No idea what the part number -if there is a p/n to begin with, is for the charging port:

You could take your laptop to a local PC repair shop and see if they can give you a quote how much it would cost to replace it.

Personally, I would probably consider buying a replacement motherboard which has p/n: 924719-601 (assuming you are DIY-savvy), such as this eBay purchase option: Genuine HP 15-BW AMD A9-9420 3.0ghz Motherboard Radeon R5 924719-601 LA-E841P | eBay.

The first option (PC repair shop) I mentioned is probably what you want to do.

Kind Regards,
