- I ordered a laptop April 10th, order status not moving

I ordered April 10, received and email in May that the order is expected to ship in June. I've also contacted sales and customer support several times and even asked to cancel the order but got no response. It's not the delayed shipping that's irking me, it's that I would have liked to see shipping for cto orders advertised as two or three months instead of two weeks.
