Product: HP Laptop 15t-dy200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ordered Office Home and Student 2019 pre-installed on my new computer.  There are two Office applications installed but I don't know which is the installed one and which is the trial version of Office 365.  I get overlapping boxes that don't explain which application is the one I already paid for.

Please remove Office 365 and re-install the one you bought again

That is my problem.  The Office 365 subscription is not identified on either application.

Where did you looking at ? They should be on Programs and Features under Control Panel. Can you re-install the software ? Have you talked with Microsoft which is the owner of those products ?
