I purchased a new HP Laptop 15-fd0070TU that should include Office Home & Student 2021, but it came with outdated Office 2016 Pro Plus.

Remote support failed to resolve it.

Was this device sold as new or tampered?

I  purchased an HP15-fd0070TU laptop recently, and at the time of purchase and in follow-up chats, I was informed that Microsoft Office 2021 was included. However, only Office 2016 is showing on my system.

I’ve already shared screenshots and logs with HP support and have an open escalation case.

I appreciate your support and am hopeful for a positive resolution.
