Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just received my HP laptop 14-DQ3000DX  that was to come with 1 year Microsoft 365 subscription.  I neither got an email or product key with the purchase.  I currently have and account that is about to expire in June and the purchase was made to extend that for another year.  When I log into Word, it is associated with garunner@**bleep**.   Now the purchase was made through georgiarunner@**bleep** for my Best Buy account.
