I recently purchased HP chrome from Hp site with 2 year extended warranty and 3 years of Protegent antivirus support. I still haven't received anything regarding my credentials to activate the license. My extended warranty is reflecting correctly. I tried calling hp but the sales number just redirects you to IVR and the technical specialists don't know anything about this issue. How to get the email from hp?
