my laptop was running slow, I need to reinstall windows 10

when I reinstalled windows 10 none of the default hp apps were installed on my laptop

what apps do I need?

I am not sure what is meant by your question, I can only see the drivers.

 

If you made a Recovery Media then that should revert to Factory Fresh if the original HDD is not missing or corrupt.

Hi

Could you please expand on the

MAKE, MODEL, OS and SKU?

WinKey + R and type msinfo32 then look at line 9 for the SKU.
