Hi @S_Halder, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

HP does not publicly provide BIOS flashing tools like InsydeFlash or HP DMI tools due to security and anti-tampering measures. These tools are restricted to authorized HP service centers.

However, here’s what you can do:

1. HP Insyde BIOS Flashing Tools

  • If you need to update or recover your BIOS, check HP’s official support page:
    HP Software and Driver Downloads
  • Search for your laptop or desktop model and look for the latest BIOS update (.exe or .bin file).
  • Some BIOS updates may include the InsydeFlash utility.

2. HP DMI Tools for Serial Number, SKU, and Asset Info

  • HP does not provide HP DMI Tool to the public.
  • These tools are only available to HP-authorized technicians for DMI injection (Serial Number, SKU, Model Number, UUID, etc.).

3. Creating a Bootable USB for BIOS Recovery & DMI Update

If you need to recover your BIOS:

  • Download the latest BIOS update file from HP’s website.
  • Use Rufus or HP USB Format Tool to create a bootable USB.
  • Extract the BIOS update file and copy it to the USB.
  • Try Win + B + Power Button while inserting the USB to initiate BIOS recovery.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
