I'm guessing you bought a used laptop from the Government, right -- and when it boots, it shows their logo, right?
Sorry -- but you should NOT have done that because their laptops undoubtedly have customized firmware that displays that logo and there is nothing we can do to change that firmware.
If you take it back to them, they might have generic firmware they can load onto it, but we can do nothing from here.
