I want help please let me know how I can get ac 650 tu drivers specially bios driver

Use the drivers from the HP 250 G4.

Do not install the latest BIOS on the support page as that is only for the 250 G4.

 

If there is a reason you want or need to update the BIOS, use F.29:

I did the same. It reinstalled /updated bios.

Process took around 15-20 min. 

After that it restart laptop and again nothing appears on screen and  earlier caps blink 2 times. Now no caps blink.

What to do?

There's nothing you can do.

 

If that process didn't work it's time for a new notebook.
