Hello,
i want to know if my laptop (15-eh3000) can drive two monitors through the USB C port.
The specs for the laptop USB C port are as follows: USB 3.2 Gen 2.0 Type-C® port; SuperSpeed 10 Gbps signaling rate; left side (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge)
My displays are Dell U2422H. Link
I have a thuderbolt to Dual displayport adapter Link
This setup worked on my previous laptop so I'm confident the issue is not with my display or my adaptor. I don't know the specs of my previous laptop's USB port.
Thanks
John

15-eh3000 is an invalid model/product. What is your machine ? Not all USB-C ports are the same and not all USB-C ports are Thunderbolt port. Therefore your adapter is simply not compatible with your computer.
Regards.
