after hard resetting my computer, I was unable to reinstall B&O Audio Control. No matter how much I searched on the internet, I could not find the driver.

Hi, same happened to me. So here is the solution: 

Go to your model driver page and install audio driver or you can say reinstall.

After that go your C drive -> SWSetup -> SP ... (whatever it is name installed) ->uwp ->  (appx bundle)

double click and install.
