Hello.

Your laptop graphics are provided by the Intel Sandy Bridge CPU.

Intel decided to only implement OpenGL 3.1 in the driver package, not anything newer. There is no hardware upgrade for your laptop to enable OpenGL 3.3.

One solution could be OpenGL emulation.

There is a 3rd party OpenGL driver project called Mesa which allows software OpenGL emulation.

There is a Windows branch which provides only source code which you would need to compile yourself. If you are not a coder, skip that and download prebuilt software package from Geeks3D.

I have not tested this. Any 3D emulation is bound to be much slower than hardware graphics, so your Minecraft may be too slow to be playable. Nevertheless if you decide to try the Mesa software, please report back whether it helped or not!
