I'm reaching out to you that I had raise a complaint on my hp laptop display issue i.e blank screen when it power on and all troubleshooting and diagnostics but no difference still blank display. Then I contact hp support they told that technician was assigned to solve my problem that he will visit my location. But till now no technician came to my location.
