sp87753 is the Softpaq.

so after I manually locate C:\SWSETUP\SP87753.
what do I click from there? I tried TPMconfig.exe and it says
VTx is enabled on this computer. it needs to be disabled to update TPM

Sorry, but I won't be able to help you with step by step instructions to update the TPM firmware.

 

If you need to disable VTx, that setting should be in the BIOS somewhere, and since there is no info online regarding where any of the BIOS settings are located, I wouldn't know where they would be.
