I find answer.

First, in hp client security,  choose security features.

Second, disable "Enable power-on Authentication".

Hello,

I have the same Problem, is there any way to remove users from the list of authenticated users? I do NOT want to disable the power-on auth. completely.

Don't worry. You can return if you choose enable again.

Disabling and enabling doesn't affect the list of authenticated users. I want to remove users, not disable the power-on authentication
HP Recommended
Try to reboot and check changed setting after disable and enable.
In my case, I can remove other account to do disable and enable.
HP Recommended
I mean first disable and reboot and check.
If it is not problem, second enable and reboot.
Try to do it.
HP Recommended
As I said: disabling, rebooting and enabling again does nothing.

That is strange..

Could you see screen on windows login without power on auth on rebooting after disabled "Enable power-on Authentication" and pushed "Save" button?

My laptop had removed other account automatically on rebooting screen after Checking again "Enable Power-On Authentication" in my solution.

If you still see other account, you should find different solution.

I can not help more. Sorry.
