HP Pavilion 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-cd2000 (2P0M4AV)

Hello, I'm posting this because I'm running into issues with RAM. My laptop is good but RAM is always filled up. I was looking into getting some new RAM but there aren't any guidelines or videos for my model of laptop on how to replace it. I'm gonna buy  Crucial CT8G4SFRA32A, SO-DIMM, 8GB, DDR4 3200MHz, CL22 and it's gonna be an upgrade from 2x4GB 3200MHz. Now there comes my knowledge issues. Will my new RAM fit into my pc and how will I replace it because I'm not used to maintaining laptops or even upgrading them. Again comes another issue, will I have to move something inside it to replace the ram like lets say remove another part to access to the one I need. If anybody could respond it would mean a lot. Thank you!

justamember,

Your model supports 16 (2x8) GB RAM DDR4-3200, and Crucial memory you referred to is a good choice.

HP only has manual for 17-cd0000, but you can use the memory replacement procedure shown on page 31.

As described in the manual, once you remove the bottom cover and battery, you can reach and remove old RAM modules and install new ones. If you need more help, I can look for some tutorial video.
