Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 14t-dh100 CTO

Hi,

I'm currently using an HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14 and I keep running into the same issue where my touchpad stops working. My I2C HID device is always having issues and in order to get my touchpad working again I have to uninstall the driver and then restart the device for a quick recovery. Normally this would happen every 2-3 months so I didn't have that big of an issue with it before; but now this happens multiple times a day and it gets frustrating constantly having to do the same procedure every time. I have college classes starting soon and I can't have this issue continuing, is there anything that can be done to stop this from reoccurring?
