Microsoft Windows 11

I have HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dy0163TU (4X739PA) and I am having issues with the touchpad. In the device manager the issue is I2C HID error code 10. I have looked multiple videos, the helps in this community and none of them have worked so far.
Few times, when I disable and enable it- the touchpad works. But most of the time it doesn't. Every time I do component test, it passes. I have looked for updated drivers and still nothing worked. The window version I have here is 24H2, and there's no driver for it.

I have already tried following stpes:

Step 1: Disabling, waiting for 10 seconds and enabling and restarting  I2C driver in device manager didn't work.

Step 2: Wanted to change power management setting, but there's no power management option shown in my laptop.

Step 3:Uninstall and Reinstall the Driver. I did that. After restarting it shows same code error in the section.

Step 4: Install Intel Serial IO Driver. When I go through HP website, it identifies my model. But it fails to give me the OS system I am using. I am using windows 11 24h2 version. There's only option of 22H2 version.

STEP 5: Updated bios setting and still not fuctioning.

What do I do?
