i recently bought HP Notebook, and use windows 8.1 64 bit.
all the driver is allready installed, but for intel HD graphic i can't install (in the screen say the system not requirement)
i already try to force download via dipslay adapter (and say that the driver is already update, but the display still microsoft basic adapter) and also download the latest update for Intel HD Graphic,
any suggestion to fix this.. please help

Microsoft and Intel do not support any other operating system but W10 on platforms with the Kaby Lake chipset.
Intel only developed graphics drivers for W10, so if you want the notebook to run correctly in all respects, the only Windows operating system that will work is W10.

Of course, HP only posts Windows 10 drivers for that laptop not Windows 8.1 drivers. And since it is a 7th gen Intel processor, the video graphics is specific to that platform and drivers for earlier processor versions may not work.
Since it is switchable graphics you have to use a driver made for switchable graphics and not just the Intel driver.
This is the posted Windows 10 driver, which I am pretty sure will not work for you but just for reference:

thanks for the reply,
yes actually the notebook use amd hd graphic
but i want to use the HDMI port to my TV, it can't be use because i need to install the HD graphic first...
So it better for me to change to windows 10 ?
