If HP has cut my hours of support I am looking for a cut to my monthly cost aswell, how I getrefund?

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

If HP has cut my hours of support I am looking for a cut to my monthly cost as well; do to I am not getting the technical support I am paying for, and I want and need to be compensated for the time of service I am not receiving. How do I go about getting that compensation, that is owed me?

Sorry, but we here have nothing whatsoever to do either with support contracts or charges for the same.

 

For these issues, you have to contact HP Customer Support directly.
