Im at the services part after when you want to link your phone to your pc. I chose to do it later it took me to the next page but its just blank and i cannot go on from there. I dont know what to do i tried turning off the laptop but it just shows the same.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the computer? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

I'd suggest you try these steps - 

 

1) Shutdown the computer. 
2) Unplug all the Adapter and peripherals connected. 
3) Remove the Battery. 

Note - This step is not applicable for in-built batteries. 
4) Press and hold down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds. 
5) Plug-in the Adapter and put the Battery back into the computer. 
6) Try to turn on the computer. 

 

During the set-up process, do not connect the computer to the network. Once the computer boots to the desktop, connect it to the Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
