I'm guessing that you're connecting the iPhone to your laptop with a USB cable but nothing is happening, right?
That's almost certainly a drive issue -- as Windows 10 does not have the right drivers to "see" the iPhone.
HP does not supply drivers for Apple products, so you would have to check with an Apple support site to get the Win10 drivers you need.
