hi i've the problem with this notebook ( product number: Y5K85EA#ABZ serial number: [personal info removed]).

I cannot find the driver page, if i manually enter the number the website says that no product it's find, with the automatic finder finds the product, but loops forever without displaying the driver page.

I can't find the support page for your exact model either, but you can use all of the drivers and software from the base model 15-ba000 notebook at the link below.
