The second driver should have installed at least two of those devices.

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file that shows driver support for those ID's...

[Manufacturer]
%INTEL%=INTEL, NTamd64.10.0

[INTEL.NTamd64.10.0]
%INT3400.DeviceDesc% = DptfAcpi,ACPI\INT3400
%INT3401.DeviceDesc% = DptfAcpi,ACPI\INT3401
%INT3402.DeviceDesc% = DptfAcpi,ACPI\INT3402
%INT3403.DeviceDesc% = DptfAcpi,ACPI\INT3403
%INT3404.DeviceDesc% = DptfAcpi,ACPI\INT3404
%INT3405.DeviceDesc% = DptfAcpi,ACPI\INT3405
%INT3406.DeviceDesc% = DptfAcpi,ACPI\INT3406
%INT3407.DeviceDesc% = DptfAcpi,ACPI\INT3407

Try manually installing the drivers by clicking on the devices in the device manager.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the second file.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp96724.

Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and the hopefully, the drivers will install.

Do that for each device.

Hi:

Install this driver first and restart the PC;

Intel Chipset Installation Utility

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101001-101500/sp101171.exe

Then install this driver...

Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Client Driver - Kaby Lake

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96501-97000/sp96724.exe

I install drivers manually and give this path in all 3 drivers C:\SWSetup\sp96724. And it worked all 3 unknow drivers gone but there is 2 Intel (R) dynamic platform and Thermal Framework Generic Participant in System Devices

And I don't Understand What To Do with this

%INTEL%=INTEL, NTamd64.10.0

[INTEL.NTamd64.10.0]
%INT3400.DeviceDesc% = DptfAcpi,ACPI\INT3400

%INT3402.DeviceDesc% = DptfAcpi,ACPI\INT3402
%INT3403.DeviceDesc% = DptfAcpi,ACPI\INT3403
%INT3404.DeviceDesc% = DptfAcpi,ACPI\INT3404
%INT3405.DeviceDesc% = DptfAcpi,ACPI\INT3405
%INT3406.DeviceDesc% = DptfAcpi,ACPI\INT3406
%INT3407.DeviceDesc% = DptfAcpi,ACPI\INT3407

thanks for support and  for resolve my issue

You Are Great.

You're very welcome.

I was just showing you that the driver had support for the ID's you posted.

You don't need to do anything with those.

If the 2 Intel (R) dynamic platform and Thermal Framework Generic Participant do not have any ! marks next to them and when you click on the devices it shows that they are working properly, you don't need to do anything.

Those unknown devices you installed have now become the two Intel (R) dynamic platform and Thermal Framework Generic Participant devices.

Thanks again for solving my all issues now I have only audio issue I will post about it when I got time.

Anytime.

Glad to have been of assistance.

Please start a new post on the audio because I would not be able to help you with that issue if you have installed the audio driver from the support page.

My audio is good its sound better but I say latest  version of Realtek high definition audio driver 6.0.9275.1 so I think its latest and it show for window 10 and windows 11 I have windows 10 so I install it but it got worse after that my audio sound get low when I turn audio level 100  than I am able to listen.
