Near the beginning of the pandemic I had given my laptop at an official HP support center, to replace the motherboard. Ever since then I've been facing issues with the graphics card, which at the time I didn't realise was because the BIOS was left incomplete, and had no information about the motherboard. I tried everything from resetting the graphics driver to reformatting the hard disk to no avail.
3 years later I realise that all the issues I've been facing were because the BIOS was incomplete. I now live in a completely different country than the one where I gave my laptop for repairs. Is there any action I can pursue?
