1.  Is it possible to change the action associated with a pre-assigned kotkey.  For example, change what happens when I press the VOLUME OFF (F5 on my keyboard) hotkey to something else ?  If yes, how do I do this ?

2. Is it possible to assign an action to a blank function key ?  On my keyboard, the F2 function key is not labelled with a hotkey action, and does nothing when I press it.  Can I assign an action to it ?  If yes, how do I do this ?

3. On my keyboard, the F11 hotkey is labelled with a WiFi icon ... i.e. it is intended to be used to turn wifi on or off.  However, when I press it, it cycles airplane mode (on/off).  I do not want this key to be associated with airplane mode ... instead I want it to be associated with WiFi state.  How do I fix this ?
