Hi,

 

I just bought this new laptop on 10-08-2022 from Amazon, but the warranty start date shown to me is 27-05-2022. 

I have seen the https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05084516 page, and also viewed the same result on http://support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty?openCLC=true page, but I am not able to see the "dispute this" link on that page. 

 

If I am trying to raise a ticket online I am getting Service Unavailable popup with error "This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." and if I am trying to chat with an assistant using HP Support Assistant to talk with an agent, I am getting a "504 Gateway Time-out" error.

 

Please help.

As mentioned in my original post, I've already tried following the instructions provided on your given link. But the actual problem is I was not getting the "dispute this" link on that page.

 

Also, I just tried accessing this (Official HP® Warranty Check – India | HP® Customer Support) link again now, but I am getting this below error after selecting my region, entering serial number and after clicking "Check Warranty"

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://support.hp.com/in-en/warrantyresult/hp-pavilion-plus-14-inch-laptop-pc-14-eh0000/2101085798/m...?" on this server.
