Hello,

 

I had placed an incorrect order for HP240 G10 Business Desktop PC instead of HP 240 G10  Business Laptop on HP online store India on 22.11.2024 and the order was delivered on 30.11.2024.

 

Upon opening of box, I could realize that the order has been mistakenly put up for the desktop and i wrote an email to HP store to help in replacing with alternate product. They replied on 02.12.2024 that once box is opened, replacement cannot be done with alternate product.

 

Hope someone from HP India helps on this
