Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 2 employees in the company for whom we procured the HP Elite books. After 4-5 months of usage they are complaining the Battery issue. The battery is draining out and the charge doesn't hold up. I tried to submit a support request using the Serial number on their PC's. However, getting the error that it is invalid serial number for both the devices.

 

Please let me know what is happing, I am using the correct serial number on the device, and I need to get this battery issue fixed for the employees.
