Periodically I get a notification from iCloud saying that my PC is missing media features. All the recommended Media Features are installed, but the error message keeps coming back about once a week.

When I click on that link it takes me to the page to download Media Feature Pack for N versions of Windows. I don't have a N version of Windows. My version has Windows Media Player already installed and functioning. But iCloud for Windows is not recognizing this fact, and still gives me the error message. In order to get it to stop, I had to go to Microsoft Store and re-download and re-install iCloud for Windows.
