HP Chromebook 15-de0004nd
Chrome OS

A brandnew HP Chromebook HP Chromebook 15-de0004nd ´with the fully integrated Google Play Store´. How to enable installing Google Play apps. Under setings, next to ´Install apps and games from Google Play on your Chromebook´ is the button ´turn on´ visible,. However, the button can not be ´turned on´. The button shows to be  inactive.

I tried ´reset settings´, without success.

Many thanks for a helpful suggestion.
