Product: Pavilion G133cl Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to install SP72533 Hitachi Firmware update on my UEFI system and the instructions say I have to open with CMD with -E switch and then create Boot Thumb drive. I am trying to find out how and what are the commands to open the file with CMD so I can install.

  • To install the Hitachi Hard Drive Firmware Update. Just click and download the file to the desktop. Double-click the downloaded file, and follow the on-screen instructions.

It demands an extraction in CMD with e switch and I am trying to find out what that is. I have uefi system not Legacy. What you say works with Legacy.
