HP Recommended

I am trying to install HP Cool Sense, on my HP laptop Windows 11. I got up to right click on Set Up, clicked on Run as administrator.  Hit accept, starts the download, then I get an error message about it cannot complete the install.   What can I do to fix this?  Thank you in advance.

HP Recommended

Not all notebooks are supported for the HP Coolsense software.

 

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?
