Installing Kali Linux on HP Envy 360

HP Envy 360X
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to install Kali Linux on virtual box. I am following the video at:
My Kali version is:

kali-linux-2018.4-amd64 (iso)
My virtual box version is:
My OS is Windows 10 Pro & I have 16GB RAM & 1TB hard disk. When I select the Kali virtual machine , it shows me the Boot menu but I can’t execute Graphic install option. I can’t go beyond Live (amd64 fail safe).

However I can run Kali on Windows 10, on my another HP machine (hp Pavillion g series, 7 years old having only 6GB RAM) i5 6GB RAM.

I have followed the youtube video also but it backens the screen.

Somebody please help me. Can this problem be solved?

Installing Kali Linux on HP Envy 360

HP only warranties their PCs for usage with the OS that comes preinstalled. IF you replace that with Linux, or add a Linux OS, then you assume full responsibility for maintaining that -- as HP provides Linux assistance only on Redhat and then only to commercial customers.

Any hardware that does not work will then range from simple (if there are Linux drivers available) to impossible (if there are NO Linux drivers available) to fix.

Since HP does not provide Linux drivers, your best bet for Linux support is to contact the support forum for the Linux distro you are using.

Folks on Linux support forums have experience using a vareity of machines with Linux and know a lot about driver and installation issues.

Good Luck
