First off, Windows does not come on a CD; instead, it comes on a DVD.
Second, where did you get the DVD? Did you purchase Windows in box form and the DVD came in the box? Or, did you download Windows install media and create the DVD yourself?
Third, have you tried the DVD in another PC to confirm it boots?
